Why choose ImmoEnglish?

If you are a French estate agent and are looking to increase sales, one way to expand your market is to appeal to clients from outside France.

Speaking English is key to attracting international buyers and sellers from English-speaking countries including the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and the USA, as well as other countries where English is widely spoken as a second language – often to a very high standard – such as the Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Russia and China.

ImmoEnglish offers courses which have been specifically conceived with estate agents in mind. The programmes have been designed by Louise Sayers, a lifelong linguist and former estate agent who ran an international estate agency in Perpignan for eight years.

These programmes provide you with the opportunity to learn English using vocabulary and examples which are closely related to your job. All the exercises, role plays and examples are set in an estate agency context to facilitate learning and help you gain the language skills you need every day when dealing with international real estate clients.

Our L’anglais de l’immobilier course is a task-based programme for those with an intermediate level of French (A2/B1 or to baccalauréat level). You will learn the skills you need to communicate effectively with clients at every stage of the property sales process from making appointments with clients and conducting viewings to negotiating sales and explaining the role of the notaire.

If your English is not yet at intermediate level, we offer general business English courses to reinforce the basics of English but still using examples relevant to the role of an estate agent.

If you would like to sign up for one of our courses, we can assess your level with a quick language test over the phone and suggest the best course for you.

Why choose any old general business English course when you can choose one which is tailored exactly to your business needs as an estate agent?
